The Hon. Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Hon. AUUAPAAU Mulipola Aloitafua Mulipola, together with Hon. FALEOMAVAEGA Titimaea Tafua, Afioga TAITUAVE Lafaitele Valoaga Taaitiiti Iona, the Deputy Clerk, Maiava Olive Karene-Eneliko and the Manager Research Division, Elleria Novella Solofa-Aiono, are currently representing the Parliament of Samoa at the 54th General Assembly and the 88th Council Meeting of the Asian-Pacific Parliamentarians’ Union (APPU) in Tokyo, Japana. 

 

The meetings provide an important opportunity for parliamentarians and parliamentary officials from across the Asia-Pacific region to strengthen cooperation exchange experiences and discuss matters of shared regional and international interest.
