简称:Cybersecurity Framework Law (Law No. 21.663/2024)
法规简介
Chile's landmark cybersecurity framework law — the first comprehensive cybersecurity legislation in Latin America. Creates the National Cybersecurity Agency (ANCI), an autonomous body responsible for inspection, surveillance and control of public and private entities with impact on information security. ANCI has sanctioning powers for non-compliance. Defines critical information infrastructure (financial, energy, health, transportation). Creates the National CSIRT for incident response coordination. Obligates ICT service providers to report security incidents. The President has one year to issue regulatory decrees operationalising ANCI.
