法规简介

Algeria's e-commerce law enacted in 2018, regulating electronic payment and defining the rights and obligations of parties in electronic payment transactions. Sets out obligations related to advertising through electronic means. Decree 19-89 dated 5 March 2019 specifies how to maintain records of electronic commercial transactions and send them to the National Commercial Register Centre.
