法规简介

加纳网络安全法。建立在数据保护法(2012)和电子交易法基础上，填补网络安全监管空白。设立网络安全局(CSA)为核心监管机构。保护关键信息基础设施(CII)，要求指定CII运营商实施安全措施。加纳在2020年ITU全球网络安全指数(GCI)排名非洲第三(86.69%)，仅次于毛里求斯和坦桑尼亚。加纳已批准《布达佩斯公约》和《马拉博公约》。
