法规简介
对标欧盟eIDAS条例（Regulation (EU) No 910/2014）的塞尔维亚国内法。规范电子签名、电子印章、电子时间戳、电子认证服务、网站认证等信任服务的法律效力和安全性要求。分设电子签名三个等级（简单、高级、合格），确立合格信任服务提供商的资质认证和监管框架，承认欧盟合格电子签名的互操作性。
